The general contractor of JSC SMU-Donaerodorstroy continues to restore school No. 32 named after the Young Guard, which was built in Soviet times, in the distant 1935, in the region of the Working Town of Rostov-on-Don.
The future 4-storey building of the educational institution is located in the quarter, separated from the existing low-rise buildings by driveways, and has viewpoints from all adjacent streets.
Now the builders are finishing work on masonry 2 and 3 floors, internal partitions.
Also at the facility, the workers of our company assemble the windows on the ground floor, plaster the walls of the flights of stairs, assemble the heating, water and sewage networks, and install ventilation and smoke ducts.
According to the architectural design, the school will be in a pentagonal shape, with a courtyard. The modern character of the building is emphasized by continuous vertical and horizontal glazing using contrasting shades of decoration.
The new building will be equipped with everything necessary for the organization of the educational process that meets the most modern requirements.
Separate blocks are allocated for recreation with computer rooms and a compartment for classrooms; combined carpentry and locksmith workshop; a gym with a block of locker rooms and a coaching room; choreographic class for additional classes, as well as study rooms.
In the new educational institution, an assembly hall with 190 seats will be equipped.
The capacity of the institution after the reconstruction will be 290 students.
It is also important to note that the building was designed taking into account the access of students and employees of low-mobility groups to educational and work places.
The school territory allows you to place on it a sports ground with an area of 234 m2, as well as leisure areas with a total area of 649 m2.
The area of landscaping is more than 4.8 thousand m2.
