At the peak of the construction season, a large team of the Donaerodorstroy enterprise works at a strategic infrastructure facility in the Rostov Region - bypassing the city of Aksai.

Road works are being carried out on the section of the M-4 Don federal highway, km 1024 - km 1036, which is the third stage in the construction of the transport bypass of the satellite city of Rostov-on-Don.

Given the constant increase in the number of cars, freight traffic and increasing passenger traffic, the reconstructed section of the federal highway will meet all the criteria for road safety.

For this purpose, non-metallic building materials are widely used in the construction of pavement, the main of which are crushed stone, sand, gravel, and also their mixtures.

Before you get to the road object, all building materials go through incoming control. Own laboratory "Donaerodorstroy" carries out an objective analysis of compliance with quality, in accordance with regulatory and technical standards.

For example, from 262 to 267 pickets, the company’s specialists are constructing an intermediate second layer of the road from C5 gravel and sand mixture. By the way, with the supply of this building material, samples are taken from each batch daily. The resulting high-quality bulk product is formed by a grader and compacted with soil or pneumatic rollers.

To create a solid foundation for the future road on another section of the km 1030 - km 1031 highway, road workers continue to stabilize the soil with cement, which is 4% of the total soil mass.

More than 3 kilometers of the asphalt concrete base layer has already been laid by our road builders from km 1024 to km 1030 of the Don federal highway.

In addition, on the reconstructed section of the highway, a dredging device is being actively developed, excavations are being developed, an embankment from sandy soil and culverts is being developed.
