Reconstruction, and in fact the construction of a new building of the school “32 of the Young Guard” on Frunze St. 12, Oktyabrsky district of Rostov-on-Don, is currently carried out by specialists of the company “SMU-Donaerodorstroy”.
The old building of the educational institution of the pre-war construction was demolished, and in its place in the spring of 2020 a new, modern building will be erected.
On the ground floor of the school there will be a lobby, a security room, dressing rooms, a first-aid post. There will be three transitions from the lobby: to educational recreation with computer rooms, a combined carpentry workshop and a home economics office; in a dedicated compartment of classrooms for elementary grades; in the administrative area and halls of the library; into the corridor of study rooms for circles.
The second floor will be occupied by an assembly hall with 190 seats, a sports hall with a block of locker rooms and a coaching room, a choreographic class for additional classes. And the upper classrooms will be located on the third floor. It is assumed that in each class at the desks will be able to accommodate 27 students.
On the ground floor, according to the plan, there are allocated rooms for the kitchen and dining room, which can simultaneously accommodate 160 children, as well as for the rifle circle. The total building area will be 3,250 square meters.
The facade of the school will be decorated with a media screen.
Currently, preparatory work has been completed at the facility, as well as the installation of the building's supporting structures. The device of walls and partitions continues to be implemented, internal finishing work is underway, an auxiliary building is being erected.
The restoration of the school is carried out as part of the implementation of national projects and in accordance with the municipal program "Development of the educational system of the city of Rostov-on-Don", the customer - MKU "Department of capital construction of the city of Rostov-on-Don."
The deadline for completion of construction work under the contract is May 2020.
